PNC is a boutique agency that offers a full service recruitment package. You can utilise the full service package or, just the aspects that you need.

 

The Recruitment Process

A full service package will include the following five steps:

 

  • Client Briefing
  • Active Search
  • Short List
  • Job Offer
  • Follow Up

 

Client Briefing

The first step is to meet with you to discuss and establish your needs. In this meeting our objective is to gain an understanding of your business, its culture and the specific skill set that you require for the role.

 

Active Search

Once we have agreed on a job description, we will begin the active search. We adopt a multi channel approach. We will search our extensive database of pre profiled candidates, make contact with people who we know are passively job hunting and, if required we may advertise the role.

 

Short List

Following the Active Search, we will supply you with a short list of candidates and discuss with you the merits of each candidate. Typically this can take 2-3 weeks from initial briefing however, in some cases, when we already have suitable candidates on our database this process can be fast tracked. We will arrange for you to meet the shortlisted candidates. You may already have a set of questions you would like to ask in an interview, or we can assist you with this.

 

Job Offer

When you are ready to present an offer, we can work with you to finalise these details and present the job offer to the successful candidate on your behalf.

 

Follow Up

Once a candidate has commenced employment we like to follow up to ensure things are going smoothly. It is vitally important to us that you are happy as our future relies on repeat business from happy customers.

 

In addition to end to end recruitment, we can assist you with additional services such as human resource planning and change management.
